Tue the 21st = to know the change(9), as the messages are of endings(9), now the thoughts of what is to start(9), and the body needs to rest to go forward(9). Note a major day of changes /endings and a new start. First day of winter/ lunar moon is done/ major earthquakes
Wed the 22nd = from within the warrior comes (4), faced with the beginnings (1), felt within (2), yet quite not sure as to the knowing of just what it is (1). Major rain/snow
Thurs the 23rd= power to rise comes (8), now given from above (2), responsibilities of the situation (4), shows itself (2).
Fri the 24th = the messages are now spoken of (3), and from above the voice is heard (3), the spirit is moved (6), as to follow the directions given (3). Christmas Eve
Sat the 25th = now seen as now (7), the pain is felt from above(4), its true rage is in the mind(8), and work is given to all(4). Christmas day
Sun the 26th = light is given (2), from above grace (5), it’s a new time (1), for those who are released and those who are not to start anew (5). Day after Christmas

The Double Nickel System is a 10-step process that I will outline in class. It is neither metaphysical nor abstract, but rather an exercise in reality and the order with which a situation is to be followed. You will come to understand where most people err in their judgment, i.e. trying to find a shortcut around following this order. As an accountant, I was trained and educated in the art of compiling facts and information. When analyzing accounting information, one has to look for and identify the order of events and anticipate what actions are necessary to enhance or secure funds that keep a business running.
There is an order to everything, but one needs to comprehend as well as see it. To make a decision in any given situation, you have to do so within an order. It is this order that gives the action meaning. On the other hand, moving outside of this order will bring only pain and confusion.
I have used this system when consulting for businesses, from retail to restaurants, as well as mainstreamed this into my practice as a life coach to help people get their lives on track and turn away from the emotional states they find themselves in

The Tri-pod of Tranquility
It was a quest I had to rise above the drama of life that gave rise to the following applied system known as the "Tri-pod of Tranquility." I found myself asking, why is it that every time I correct a situation in my life, another one just takes its place? I would often think, "Everything is going so well now, something is bound to screw it up." Then it came to me, the most basic fear of man wasn't hunger or fear of dying, but rather what would happen next. Have you ever wondered why it is that just as one area of your life is in balance, something else falls apart? I was compelled to find the answer.
I knew that for the answer to be real, it had to take root from a system set in real life, not just "positive thinking." The Tri-pod of Tranquility had to be an analytical process, one that would coincide with the intrinsic inner self and require commitment to break beyond the bondage of drama and time. Oct 31 st background
According to British historian Ronald Hutton, the festival of Samhain celebrates the end of the 'lighter half' of the year and beginning of the 'darker half' and is sometimes regarded as the Celtic New Year. According to folklorist John Gregorson Campbell and archaeologist Bettina Arnold, the ancient Celts believed that the curtain separating this world from the Otherworld became thin on Samhain, allowing spirits (both good and bad) to easily traverse the otherwise sturdy barrier. They dealt with this by inviting the good spirits in - usually family ancestors - and utilizing various techniques to ward off or scare away any bad spirits. It is suggested that this is the origin of wearing costumes disguising oneself as skeletons, ghosts, and goblins, the principle being that if you looked horrible enough, you could even scare away the devil himself!
Samhain was also the time when people in the old times took stock of their food supplies, butchered cattle and pigs, and prepared grains and other foodstuffs to put up for the winter.
Bonfires were an important part of the celebrations. Hearth fires were put out, the bones of the slaughtered cattle were tossed into the bonfire, and each home re-lit their hearth fire from the coals of the bonfire. Sometimes two bonfires would be built so that people could pass between them with their livestock for 'purification'. This practice may be a survival of the times when the ancient tribes purified themselves by burning alive: a) any members who were less than perfect so that the tribe could be cleansed of sinful elements, or b) those members who were actually perfect in some way and volunteered to be offered as a sacrifice to appease the gods so the rest of the tribe could live in peace for another year. This is, in fact, an interesting clue.
The name 'Halloween' is an old Scottish variant of 'All Hallows Eve', or the night before All Hallows Day, or the Feast of All Saints. What is interesting to observe here are the old customs regarding this day, and especially the following two days, from around the world that were later Christianized, but obviously represent something far more ancient. The symbols associated with Halloween formed over time and, just as the medieval church assimilated the ancient death-themed images and practices, many of the customs of contemporary times have assimilated the medieval practices. In traditional Celtic Halloween festivals, large turnips were hollowed out, carved with faces and placed in windows to ward off evil spirits. The American tradition of carving pumpkins was originally associated with harvest time in general, not becoming specifically associated with Halloween until the mid-to-late 1800s. The 'witch myth' was created in the late 1400s in reaction to the Black Death - com¬etary destruction on an almost unimaginable scale - and this 'myth' consisted of a whole, coherent system of beliefs, assumptions, rituals, and 'sacred texts' that had never existed until this time and that were created by a couple of psychopathic accusers! The Dominicans developed and popularized the conceptions of demonology and witchcraft as a negative image of the so-called 'true faith', and the Protestants

THE PROBLEM
Confusion of a generation: there was a time where a “footing” of life came from Family, the question of where do I fit in? Or the basic question of who am I? Although we have always asked these questions, somewhere inside of us we had the answers. But now there is no such “footing”, we look inside and find no answer.
Per recent information based on Dr Lipton’s work, the events of our life trigger the release of the response from our DNA; this triggers the next action of the response of the Mind, if the Mind has no encoding to deal with this event, confusion of releasing of the Chemicals within the workings of the body/mind will occur. Our chemical balance is controlled by the Mind and it is these Chemicals that keep our thinking/bodies in balance, so is it any wonder that the Chemical balance would be out of balance?
Now we can’t go back and change the course of events, nor can we “forget” what has taken place, so what do we do? There is only one way! Stay with me
Think of it this way: Winter, spring, fall, and summer. These correlate to Delta, Theta, Alpha, and Beta. Winter is a time of rest for the world, Spring is the growth, Fall is the time between and summer is the test of life. So Delta is the time for the mind to clear, Theta is the time for thoughts to grow, Alpha is the balance between and Beta is the action of life. As the sun controls the seasons the Muscle tension controls the brain waves. Just like the seasons we go into these states as a lateral movement not down into anything. The process of hypnosis is just a word to explain the transition from one stage to another a way to release the muscle tension to reach the lateral states of brain waves.

Understanding lateral conscious takes only one thing, a willingness to see things in a different way. To think that though the ages we have been programmed to believe one thing and to find it really is a different way can be very disconcerting to say the least. truth should be truth
Hypnosis / Hypnotics
Hypnosis is not about going deeper into anything! You do not get sleepy!
It’s about slowing down.
This is just part of the nonsense that has been over sold to make it sound bigger than it really is; Hypnosis is just the application of the science in how the brain works and how the mind reacts. In the beginning the roots of hypnosis were not understood, but it worked amazingly. Since no one really knew how it worked they could tell you anything they wanted! Making it seem as they had some “other worldly power”, giving them an aura of importance.
This unfortunately opened the Pandora box of abuse to begin, allowing many outrageous statements as to what and how it works to be established, and these statements have been used over and over, stage hypnosis has made a lot of people a lot of money, and just like magic once its understood it becomes normal, no longer a big seller for the stage shows.
And yes, there are many that do not like me making these statements! Why? Because it takes the mystery out of it and once the truth is understood many more will see it as a real way to gain control over their lives, and that’s part of what I mean to do. My point is to bring this method of real help to the real world.
The Beta mind wave is the wave of muscle control; it’s the tense and action mind which by its nature blocks the way to the lower brain waves. The result of this Beta thinking is just one thing STRESS. To gain access past the Beta waves and get to the lower level of the brain waves you have to release the tension within the muscle system. This is where the term RELAX comes in, but in fact the term RELEASE is more accurate.
This is what we at Maverick Hypnotics endeavor to do, we use the method of Autogenic processing to slow down the process of the brain, you do not go to sleep nor drop deep into anything! We slow the brain waves down to the lower electrical wave’s patterns and in doing so we can access the area where Oscillation programming of the mind is accepted and acted upon and in doing so results in benefiting your life
The brain is supposed to function at the Alpha level, which is more of balance between instinct and logic brain wave, and it is from this level that the actions follow. Now due to the type of foods (got to love that sugar) and level of life we now live in (so many bill so little money) we are forcing the brain to work at the Beta level all the time.
Programming in what has been called the Hypnotic Trance does work, it always has!! But it’s not due to someone having any power! It’s all in the wonderful way of how the brain was designed.

meditation first steps
Meditation is an act of the mind to free the mind, that being said how does one free the mind? Does that mean to empty the mind of thought? Or to have a union of thought and mind? Does one concentrate or allow the process to follow its own function?
It is stated that the mind is like a wild horse or monkey: running amuck so to speak. We are told to allow thoughts to come and go in meditation and not attach to any one thought. We all realize you can not simply not think and attachment is a natural by product! its part of the living process to think, if you look at this though a science perspective then you realize that what your doing is slowing down the electrical impulse of the brain, slowing down the brain waves into the alpha / theta levels. The main controller of these states of brain waves lies within the tense muscle system.
Now, to gain control of the mind you have to release the control of the muscle system of the body, but to release this control you have to know you have the control to begin with! That’s the point of Yoga and Breathing systems, to teach you that you do have control. The problem comes in with the desires of mankind, to always take things to the maximum point. In doing this we become wrapped up in getting the control and losing the whole point of doing it.

Mediation first step
First understanding of Mediation
One of the points of mediation is in the statement: A seeker will not find, and a finder never seeks, for what is being looked for belongs to neither of these.
It is in “knowing” that the answers are found. Now here’s the catch: “knowing” it’s self has no words, no expression, it can not be named nor called upon. It simply is without explanation, without reason.
It has no pain, nor happiness, it does not judge nor does it reward. “Knowing” does not give, nor does it take, so what does it do? It is peace without question, a sense of quietness, a feeling of being settled within.
Often even when we enter into the “knowing” we miss it, trying to give it a name, an expression trying to get it to fit into what we where seeking, looking to find. Not realizing that it was there all the time.
It is in the allowing that the “knowing” is experienced and in the freeing of the “knowing” that keeps it alive.

Hypnosis / Hypnotics
Hypnosis is not about going deeper into anything! You do not get sleepy!
It’s about slowing down.
This is just part of the nonsense that has been over sold to make it sound bigger than it really is; Hypnosis is just the application of the science in how the brain works and how the mind reacts. In the beginning the roots of hypnosis were not understood, but it worked amazingly. Since no one really knew how it worked they could tell you anything they wanted! Making it seem as they had some “other worldly power”, giving them an aura of importance.
This unfortunately opened the Pandora box of abuse to begin, allowing many outrageous statements as to what and how it works to be established, and these statements have been used over and over, stage hypnosis has made a lot of people a lot of money, and just like magic once its understood it becomes normal, no longer a big seller for the stage shows.
And yes, there are many that do not like me making these statements! Why? Because it takes the mystery out of it and once the truth is understood many more will see it as a real way to gain control over their lives, and that’s part of what I mean to do. My point is to bring this method of real help to the real world.
The Beta mind wave is the wave of muscle control; it’s the tense and action mind which by its nature blocks the way to the lower brain waves. The result of this Beta thinking is just one thing STRESS. To gain access past the Beta waves and get to the lower level of the brain waves you have to release the tension within the muscle system. This is where the term RELAX comes in, but in fact the term RELEASE is more accurate.
This is what we at Maverick Hypnotics endeavor to do, we use the method of Autogenic processing to slow down the process of the brain, you do not go to sleep nor drop deep into anything! We slow the brain waves down to the lower electrical wave’s patterns and in doing so we can access the area where Oscillation programming of the mind is accepted and acted upon and in doing so results in benefiting your life

Because it takes the mystery out of it and once the truth is understood many more will see it as a real way to gain control over their lives, and that’s part of what I mean to do. My point is to bring this method of real help to the real world.
The Beta mind wave is the wave of muscle control; it’s the tense and action mind which by its nature blocks the way to the lower brain waves. The result of this Beta thinking is just one thing STRESS. To gain access past the Beta waves and get to the lower level of the brain waves you have to release the tension within the muscle system. This is where the term RELAX comes in, but in fact the term RELEASE is more accurate.
This is what we at Maverick Hypnotics endeavor to do, we use the method of Autogenic processing to slow down the process of the brain, you do not go to sleep nor drop deep into anything! We slow the brain waves down to the lower electrical wave’s patterns and in doing so we can access the area where Oscillation programming of the mind is accepted and acted upon and in doing so results in benefiting your life
The brain is supposed to function at the Alpha level, which is more of balance between instinct and logic brain wave, and it is from this level that the actions follow. Now due to the type of foods (got to love that sugar) and level of life we now live in (so many bill so little money) we are forcing the brain to work at the Beta level all the time.
Programming in what has been called the Hypnotic Trance does work, it always has!! But it’s not due to someone having any power! It’s all in the wonderful way of how the brain was designed.

I was at one time a Management development supervisor, and a Employee training supervisor. I have assisted many in the area of their Carrier Aspirations. But this is not why I became a life coach.
What makes a Life Coach? Something you read in books? Or is it the life that has been lived? That’s what makes this Maverick Life Coaching; it comes from real life not books.
There is an old saying that goes: a Farmer is not a Farmer until he has lived a few hard winters. And that’s what makes a Life Coach: someone who has survived a few hard winters.

And I have become very, very strong indeed.

Oscillation programming
In the process of Oscillation programming, the desired outcome is defined by one word. Then this one word is transferred into a system of words that fit into a numerical coding which could also be stated as giving it a vibration influence. This results in a new positive imprinting in the lower level of Oscillations of brain waves.
Now since most of what we deal with needs more than just one word to get at the meaning of what we really are trying to address, such as in the word “Prosperity” it has to have a tie word, as in “to allow” or “to realize”, so then the tie word becomes the next layer of positive imprinting. It takes more than one cord (or numerical coding) to make the “music” of positive change that led’s to a new lifestyle.
This changes the impression that has been encoded on the brain and the outcome is accepted into the awaken mind as a natural state of being. Remember that in the lower oscillation waves, the brain transfers a word into impulse and is not recalled in the definitional frame work that would be normally understood in the upper level of oscillations.
The loops that are encoded in the lower levels of brains oscillation waves are the result of the electrical flow of impulses. The synapse firing encodes the meaning into four areas of the brain to establish a numerically understanding. One is how the word affects the inner self: one is how the word affects the outer self: one is how the word effects the motivation of the mind: and lastly one is how the word will be reflected as an awaken action.
So the word : weight is seen as one word with one definition at the two top levels of oscillation, but in the lower levels it is transferred to four impulse words each looping to make one encoded message. This system has little to do on the psychology of why the weight was there, but more to do with how to remove the weight, or what ever the single
Word is expressing.
So the human language, no matter to what language it is, carries with it more than just a definition of what we have been taught it means. It carries a vibration, which strikes the memory of a chain of electrical impulse that has been encoded by the brain. Oscillation programming is an action that is taken to reprogram these vibrations, to reform the encoding to a more positive frame work, and it can be done.
You can really see how this four part Oscillation programming has been used if you look. One big way is to attend a Buddhist meeting; the chants are done in a four part vibration and led by the sound of the gong. As also you will find this form of lower oscillation programming in the chants done in India and China. You can find it in music, and this “theory” has been used to a large extent in the industry. There was a day that the Church would deliver the words in this manner, and since they stopped this practice you can see the decline not of who goes but of what is said and acted on. Oscillation programming
In the process of Oscillation programming (up to now I have been using the accepted term of Hypnosis) linguistics has played a big part in the development of supporting information, as to the input of positive suggestions in order, to improve the lives of many people. The role of how words affect the input of suggestions in being accepted into the actions of the everyday world has been in debate for some time.
This is largely due to the resistance of seeing the process as being scientifically based, as it has been established, without a doubt that these oscillations due occur. We also have a very good understanding in regard to the functions that occur in the both the right and left hemispheres of the brain, for these have been verified in many outstanding studies. There has not been much of an effort in making the distinction of the difference between the process of Hypnosis, which is the slowing down of the oscillation of waves incurring in brain, and the action of the input of suggestion.
There have been many professions built on this small inference of importance. In the business of hypnotherapy there are many “scripts” you can buy that are suppose to input the suggestions desired and some are in fact very effective in the short term. Another example is religion for it has used the semantics of words to hold sway over entire populations.
Here is the problem with this and why it does not hold up over time. Words used by definition only are processed by the left hemisphere of the brain. These words make little matter to the inner/lower worlds of the oscillation of the brain, and on the actions of the mind. For these to have any effect they must be repeated over and over until the desired result is accepted as part of the routine and this is not the same as positive suggestion. What happens is once the routine is broken so are the results. In a positive suggestion the results are incorporated into the lifestyle in are acted upon as a natural action.
It is only the awaken mind ( or the first two levels of oscillation) that language makes any mark at all on our thinking, after these two levels we are only impulse of energy, and energy is only measured by use of numbers. Memory or images are not made up by words, but are a reflection of a basic use of the brain that has been imprinted.
It is a well known and accepted fact that as the oscillation of brain waves slow down, the left hemisphere of the brain disengages and the right hemisphere is more engaged. The left hemisphere of the brain is the location that the interpretation of words takes place or the words spoken are transferred to the logical definition that the brain interprets’ as correct based on past knowledge. The right hemisphere is the location to which intuitiveness is heightened and the artistic side of the human nature resides.
In the lower oscillations of the brain waves, words spoken are taken literally as the words are not transferred to an understanding by definition but by impulse. This impulse or vibration is a numerically understanding, encoded into the brain. This encoding is set in by the number of signals or synapse transferring that has been needed to establish the imprinting of the impulse attached to the word or event.
These imprints that have been encoded are established by the number of impulse waves that have been related to it. As an event is made, a series of electric impulses are set off within the brain. The result of these electric impulses is that a stream or chain of signals are created that flow in many different areas of the brain, it is in these chains of impulses that memories or feelings are reflected as vibrations. These are what make the rivers of the mind as it is known in Sanskrit writings.
We express these impulses by use of words, but words do not make the impulses, so the twist is this is, because words are the only means we have to commutate with the lower levels of oscillation, in what way or how do we, open up the inner mind to receive positive input?
Dr George W Crile pointed out in his writing and essays in 1915. The human is a bio-electrical machine and it is these electrical waves that make up the emotions of mankind, in combination with the chemical reaction within the working brain. Along this line of thinking we have to use our commutations of words to reflect the electrical impulses or another way to say this is, we have to use words that reflect a numerical coding or meaning. Which is how the mind will receive the messages we are trying to commutate.
In the past, before Hypnosis was beginning to gain world wide attention, the craft was guided by the intuitiveness of the Hypnotist. The process of Neuro-Linguistic Programming was indeed the study of how this intuitive connection was made, when Richard Bandler first heard the tapes of Fritz Peris a Gestalt therapist and discovered that he was using phases that reveled the conversation model, of the inner mind and then took it to John Grinder they both understood the power of this connection and gave it the term Meta Model.
Per their observations of Milton Erickson, who by his own words stated he had no idea why what he did worked, again the art of the intuitiveness was reveled. They did a outstanding job in detailing the process’s taken by with wonderful man, but in all fairness intuitiveness can not be taught, its something you have or you don’t have, yes you can increase the level of your inner ability by way of understanding and mirroring his techniques but this is not the same as having the level of connections he was able to make.
The Greek philosopher Pythagoras made the study of numerical coding both in the world around us and the inner world that affects us, his life’s work. You can also find this numerical coding in the use of the I-Ching which is a detail of how the coding affects us. We have all but forgotten these forms, the study of these two ways has been forced into the occult world and thereby dismissed as having value.
In reflection these two forms are in fact ways to use Words as reflections of electrical impulses that could be interrupted by the inner/lower oscillations. Up until now we have been using our awaken mind to commutate with the inner mind, or speaking in a language that is unknown by the inner mind, and by happenstance hitting it right sometimes...

That connection resulted in the intuition reaching the correct wording that reflected the electrical impulses of the inner mind. The world has grown much more complex than in those days. The art of hypnosis has become somewhat muddled and this has resulted in the doubt of its effectiveness.
By revisiting the writings and efforts of Pythagoras a way to in fact bypass the need for intuitiveness has come to light. Using his model for numerical interruption of words, we can find the wording that vibrates on the same wave lengths as the lower oscillations of the brain, opening the door to the mind so that effective positive suggestions are in line with the protective programming already in place.

back to Hypnosis for a bit
The human minds engine is the brain, the brain works by electrical impulse, and these impulses are measured by the waves of oscillation it emits. The brain as we know today emits no less than 4 of these oscillations; each is a descending or slowing of the output energy of the waves.
So in a way the brain is like a car, and as you slow down the car, the brain waves slow, the more the mind is allowed to be accessed. It must be also noted that the mind does pull a curtain over events to in effect hide it from the awakened state. In studies it has been found there are many reasons for this pulling of the curtain but in fact its all just very intelligent guess work, yes it is based on studies, yet its still guess work.
To get the lower waves to allow the pulling of this curtain two things must happen, one is the awaken state mind to give consent , and the consent must be given at the lower waves. The curtain is a protective layer, but it works within its own true reasoning, in other words the function of the curtain is really unknown to us , but its purpose is clear to keep events of the past hidden from the awaken mind.
It is the job of the hypnotist to assist in the slowing down of the car, to change the output of the waves to the lower oscillations, but the human mind is a lot like a puppy, and the act of slowing down the waves by personal desire, is like house breaking the puppy, you have to tell it over and over to get it to release. We have to keep within the idea that the lower oscillations have been doing their job for sometime, and there within it is a reason for its actions as to putting these “thoughts” behind the curtain.
So it is also the job of the hypnotist to guide the mind to a smooth transition into the lower brain wave states, but like any good protector the mind must be assured that this procedure is done with a level of safety as to what it contains and the function of keeping the awaken mind in balance, or what it perceives is balance.
Even the process of inputting positive suggestions can be rejected, if in fact these suggestions are in conflict with the protective layer of the mind. This is what makes the difference in productive programming; all of these different factors must be working in concert as a forward moving process that will benefit the client.
This benefit has to be understood by the lower oscillations, not just the awaken mind for them to be accepted and acted on. Even if the awaken mind knows that an action is self-destructive it does not mean that the lower oscillations sees it that way, it sees the actions that have been taken as protection and must be convinced that any other thought is also a means to achieve this level, in other words to ,be accepted as protection as well.

To get the lower waves to allow the pulling of this curtain two things must happen, one is the awaken state mind to give consent , and the consent must be given at the lower waves. The curtain is a protective layer, but it works within its own true reasoning, in other words the function of the curtain is really unknown to us , but its purpose is clear to keep events of the past hidden from the awaken mind.
It is the job of the hypnotist to assist in the slowing down of the car, to change the output of the waves to the lower oscillations, but the human mind is a lot like a puppy, and the act of slowing down the waves by personal desire, is like house breaking the puppy, you have to tell it over and over to get it to release. We have to keep within the idea that the lower oscillations have been doing their job for sometime, and there within it is a reason for its actions as to putting these “thoughts” behind the curtain.
So it is also the job of the hypnotist to guide the mind to a smooth transition into the lower brain wave states, but like any good protector the mind must be assured that this procedure is done with a level of safety as to what it contains and the function of keeping the awaken mind in balance, or what it perceives is balance.
Even the process of inputting positive suggestions can be rejected, if in fact these suggestions are in conflict with the protective layer of the mind. This is what makes the difference in productive programming; all of these different factors must be working in concert as a forward moving process that will benefit the client.
This benefit has to be understood by the lower oscillations, not just the awaken mind for them to be accepted and acted on. Even if the awaken mind knows that an action is self-destructive it does not mean that the lower oscillations sees it that way, it sees the actions that have been taken as protection and must be convinced that any other thought is also a means to achieve this level, in other words to ,be accepted as protection as well.

way off topic but important
So I walked up after a training class and asked a Zen Master, why did the Buddha leave the woman he so deeply loved, he said this: the path of one is just that the path of one.
Then I asked why the Buddha turned his back on the established way to follow the path, this is what he said: the path of one is just that the path of one.
Again I asked this Master of Zen, why did the Buddha follow the path of one, this is what he said: the path of life is always the path of one, it may be crossed by many, with no regret and no remorse, for the path of one is the only path.
I think the Master saw the frustration on my face as to his answers, he put his hand on my shoulder and said this: Son, you must walk the path of your life, love who you are allowed to, hug who you are allowed to, be with who you are allowed to, share with who you are allowed to, live every moment of your life as it unfolds, question not as to why the change happens, but remember the moment that was as it was.
As he walked away he turned and with a smile, said so very softly: own your life, share your love, give your smiles with no thought, but above be true to your path, and walk slowly without hurry and remember there is joy in all things, but if you walk with your eyes closed, you will run into something, then he laughed as he left.

Diaphragmatic breathing
I have written about the need for breathing in the belly and in the chest as in a rolling motion, these are ways to increase the volume of air the lungs can contain, not to give strength to the power of the lungs, now we are going to talk about the engine that drives the action of the lungs, the diaphragm.
This muscle by name is well known, yet not very many really know anything about it, and it is in our control to use it. Of all the muscles in the body it’s the one that is overlooked in the quest for healthy living. Most of us have heard of the diaphragm being associated with singing or playing a wind instrument not everyday life.
This very big muscle lies horizontally across the base of the rib cage, it’s huge! It is connected to the front of the lower rib cage and to the back and like any muscle it needs to be exercised to be strong. It can not be overstated that the diaphragm is the foundation to breathing.
When we breathe in the diaphragm pulls down, expanding the lungs allowing the intake of air, when we breathe out it releases and forces the air out. This sounds so simple, but when you remember that just because the chest moves and the belly moves does not mean you are using your diaphragm to its full extent, and you will realize just how we never give it the attention that is needed to keep it strong.
To feel this type of breathing, all that moves is a small flare of the lower ribs, now really how often do any of us breathe this way? And if you ever have gone to a gym for just a short time, you realize just what happens to a muscle that is not exercised.
It is in this strength that the body can balance the oxygen and carbon dioxide levels, which has a direct effect in the onset of anxiety and panic attacks. With the lungs emptying and filling effectively the exchange of needed chemicals becomes an easy flow, the breathing rate decreases and this eases the demand or labor involved in breathing which in turn eases the demand and labor on the heart.
Surprisingly there is quite a lot of debate in this field of research. There are so many complex writings on how to do diaphragmatic breathing, again it is a word play most of the time, played by those who wish to boast there ideas as to how to breathe, so just keep it simple is my thought, just breathe easy, not in your chest and not in your belly, but feel the bottom of your rib cage flare out, and that’s it, no more no less.
You can see how this works with the 7 cycle balanced breathing system, once put in place, and then by strengthen the diaphragm, the cells of the body gain the “food” needed to grow and be healthy. We are a unit of systems and when put in action the units become strong and in balance.

the point of breathing
What is the big deal about breathing?
Why all this talk on breathing? Yes we all know you can’t live without doing it, but what’s the big deal about it, Isn’t it just something we do to stay alive?
We as a whole have very little idea outside some high school biology class, what our bodies really do, or even how it works, unless a health issue has come into your life, we just don’t care, we care about our jobs, money, positions in life, what we are going to buy next, the vacation we are planning, but the core issues of life, no one cares about, like I said, until it effects you.
This is one of the reasons why breathing is important: when we focus our awareness to a subjective experience, we can use the increased, inner awareness and the insights, that these two things brings with it, to give us the ability to more effectively use the power to effect changes in the human body and effect the outside world we live in. So by doing this, 7 cycle balanced breathing system, you can achieve all of the above things you really are concerned about!
So just what does breathing got to do with this? Do you know what we really are? Here is the big deal about breathing: we are a electrochemical mass of organs made up of cells, these cells are fed by oxygenated air, to reach the peak performance of our mental processing, to reach the level of life we really want, takes a high level of electrical activity that emanates from the brain and body, you can only get this by enacting the portion of the brain called the left prefrontal cortex.
The left prefrontal cortex controls the concentration , the ability of planning, the high degree of meta-cognition that is needed to remain in balance and to be able to make the right decisions to reach the goals we set, positive effects equals positive effects! To get to this state of mind, you have to enter the Alpha brain waves; you have to apply the electromagnetic energy waves, generated by the body in a way that is beneficial to you.
Where do the electrical impulses even come from? In fact it is in the combination of the rhythm of the beating heart, and the currents of electrical waves made by the flow of the breathe, by the 7 cycle balanced breathing system; it increases the consistence of the breath, to supply the needed oxygenated blood for the heart to beat.
The comment has been made to me many times: I just don’t have the time to do this! Funny , people don’t even realize what they are saying, they don’t have the time to breath!, but here is the real point they are trying to make, they don’t have the time to just sit around and think about breathing, in the 7 cycle balanced breathing system, its not about just sitting around, your not required to set time aside to breath, it’s a system that fits into your everyday life, and you can do it without anyone knowing your doing it at all!.

As we can note by the prior postings, both mouth breathing and nose breathing has its own special, absolutely necessary functions in the actions of the body, but we are not born in balance! When young we need the function of the nose breathing to grow, and as we get older and the critical function of the mind is needed, as in learning, the system of mouth breathing moves as the most present form of breathing, for mouth breathing supports the mind.
Now somewhere along the line in living our lives, we lose the natural ability to balance these two breathing systems, our emotions take over and the hidden reason “needs” become reflective in how we breathe, or it could be due to an illness in either case, we with awareness can flip the switch back, to once again regain the sense of balance, for It has been established that it is in the balance of these breathing systems, that a truly healthy state of being can be realized.
Something that very few people realize or are aware of is that the muscle group that is first affected by the act of breathing is the muscles of the neck and shoulders! When you feel tension in these areas it is a sign of improper breathing, and it has also been proven that headaches can be controlled by proper breathing and so can allergies.
It is in the Rhythm of breath you find the ability to be in sync with the true meaning of this act of regaining life, the Pacing sets in motion the inner workings of the mind and it is in the tone of the resulting vibrations (Rhythm Pacing) that puts in motion the Bio-Electrical Magnetic waves, released from the body, this is spoken as the power of the law of attraction.

Now somewhere along the line in living our lives, we lose the natural ability to balance these two breathing systems, our emotions take over and the hidden reason “needs” become reflective in how we breathe, or it could be due to an illness in either case, we with awareness can flip the switch back, to once again regain the sense of balance, for It has been established that it is in the balance of these breathing systems, that a truly healthy state of being can be realized.
Something that very few people realize or are aware of is that the muscle group that is first affected by the act of breathing is the muscles of the neck and shoulders! When you feel tension in these areas it is a sign of improper breathing, and it has also been proven that headaches can be controlled by proper breathing and so can allergies.
It is in the Rhythm of breath you find the ability to be in sync with the true meaning of this act of regaining life, the Pacing sets in motion the inner workings of the mind and it is in the tone of the resulting vibrations (Rhythm Pacing) that puts in motion the Bio-Electrical Magnetic waves, released from the body, this is spoken as the power of the law of attraction.

Nose breathing:
The act of nose breathing is an act that affects the parasympathetic nervous system, which is the system that calms us, and allows the healing of the body to occur. Oxygen taken in by nose breathing is heated, humidified, and filtered, because of this mixture the body can rapidly deliver this type of proper oxygenation blood, to the cells in the muscle systems, this is with out a doubt the biggest benefit as the results will be an overall wellness and health. For healthy cells to grow they absolutely need this oxygenated blood!
When we breathe though our nose we allow the proper mixing of the air intake, with a an amazing gas produced in the nasal sinuses called nitric oxide, this gas is a potent vasodilator, this dilatation of both the blood vessels, and in the lungs ,enhances the uptake of oxygen. This is due to the effect on the alveoli, the pulmonary vesicles that are expanded; nitric oxide is also produced in the walls of the blood vessels and is critical to all organs in the body. Nitric oxide previously was regarded and an environmental pollutant, but in the proper form, it is a must in the ability of the body to fight bacteria and virus.
By this nose breathing, the lymph fluid is move around the body, and supports the production of the white blood cells which are the fighting cells of the immune system.
We all have the knowledge that it is advantageous to breathe through the nose so that the air is cleansed more effectively, by up to 70% of “dust” we breathe is removed, and then discarded by the act of sneezing, and a sneeze is exhaled at a rate of over 100 mph! Also the act of nose breathing pass’s the intake of air over the smell receptors, which has a direct effect on the taste buds , again this is one of the leading trip signals of the sub-conscious mind, programmed by experience of the recall memory of past events, and the new input of information as to present events.

Like in all things, it can be over done, resulting in laziness and fantasy thinking. It has been found by studies that many of mentally ill have primary nose breathing habits.

Mouth breathing:
The sympathetic nervous system is that system that activates under great stress, it is the fight or flight system, this sympathetic system relies on the intake of oxygen supplied by the act of breathing of the mouth. If one continually breaths by way of the mouth, they over amp this system, and are always on alert, always on edge.
This act or form of breathing does not humidify the oxygen and lacks the proper mixture of nitric oxide needed by the muscle system to function. It affects the cardiovascular system because the smooth muscles that line all the arteries react to this poorly oxygenated air with tightness, a permanent tension, causing stress to take it toll on the body and mind.
This action of mouth breathing can lead to many things, hypertension, bed wetting, ear and sinus infections, sleep disorders and dark patches under the eyes, and even the poorly understood temporo-mandidular joint pain, snoring and the cessation of breathing during sleep. We were not made to be under a lot of constant stress, mental or physical, these states deplete the bodily reserves of life giving nutrients.
Now we must remember this form (mouth breathing) has its place, it has a necessary function. This unfiltered oxygen is of a cooling nature, when it is converted in the lungs and passed into the blood system for distribution within the body, it takes on a different form of chemical reaction. Mouth breathing has been proven to have a direct effect on the function of the mind/brain. The chemical reactions necessary for the transfer of thought impulse, are in fact supported by the act of mouth breathing.
By this form of breathing the air pass’s over the tongue, this both activates and simulates the taste buds, there are over ten thousand taste buds, and in fact they are also a part of the programming keys for the subconscious mind, taste has been proven one of the most effective modes for the recalling of the past events.
In a simple cough air is exhaled at a rate of 600 mph! By mouth breathing, the release of toxic waste from the body is highly magnified and is a very effect means of cleaning out that waste. The act of mouth breathing also produces a quart of saliva each day, and saliva is one of the bases of life. So as seen here the act of mouth breathing has a necessary function for the human body and mind.

Intro page one
This may appear as just another system on breathing, but in fact it’s much more than that! It is about the awareness of breathing, something we do continually! We take between 18000 and up to at least 36000 breaths a day, yet we are so unaware of this until a problem comes up. In a general sense, we for the most part, have little common knowledge or any idea that it can be used as a tool, a tool to improve our lives; proper breathing will give us a form of clarity.
The earliest form of study on breath and breathing comes from the Pranayama, which is a study in the vital force, which is at the core of all life, without this form of energy, breathe, life could not exist. The Yoga Sutras written by Patanjali, a sixth-century Indian, states that when we are restless, upset, or befuddled more energy exists outside the body than within, leading to physical and mental illness, although it was largely a study of retention of the breath, it was in fact an attempt to understand the nature of breath. If there is only one thing that the past teachers would have agreed on, it’s the fact that breathing controls the machine we call the body. What they also felt was that the very act of breathing was connected with the very soul of man.
The act of breathing is something that does indeed cross the lines of human understanding, because it does so much without us knowing it, it affects both sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous systems, in other words it can calm us down or hype us up! It is both a function of the subconscious mind and a part of the conscious mind, it can be controlled! Breathing is both involuntary and voluntary, inhalation brings in oxygen, and exhalation removes impurities from the body, just by the act of awareness allows you to direct how it works, and how you breathe is up to you.
The benefits range from clearing and calming the mind, helping in focused attention and concentration, proper breathing can refresh and renew the body, and improves metabolic function and these are only a few of the benefits. Breath is the gas to the engine of the body to reach a full completeness of balance.
This is a part of the human landscape that needs to be addressed for us to have the understanding in order to reach beyond where we are, to where we could be. It really does not take an open mind but a mind that is informed of how breathing really does affect our everyday lives.

In conclusion to this line of posting on Hypnosis, (please read earlier posting).
Allow me state this:
That hypnosis is in fact a “natural state” of mind, the process of hypnosis is to encourage this brain wave state, so that the mind, will accept the input of suggestions as a normal process of (their)behavior , which with these suggestions, a person mindset will reflect in changing ones life in many ways.
It is said that for Hypnosis to “work” the client (person) must believe it will work, with this I strongly disagree! Yes, in fact you must to some degree give your consent, because you do have to listen with an open mind, but even with out it the process of Hypnosis still works, it can be installed though many ways, anything that stirs the emotions can be used: use of color, use of music, use of fear, use of anger, how many times do we “give consent by listing and never really even realize that we gave it? and we see this every day, in the world around us.
You would have seen in my earlier posting, science has, without a doubt, proven the states to which hypnosis takes place, is in fact as real as the coffee table in your front room!
Now the subject of self-hypnosis, yes you can in fact put yourself in the state of mind which is hypnosis, no you can not input suggestions! You can influence the behavior of actions, but to alter them, no.
Why you ask? Because you can not do two things at once! If you in fact are able to reach the brain wave level which suggestions are accepted (see earlier postings), and yes this can be done, but once there you can not switch to the brain wave to input the suggestions needed, affirmations can influence behavior but it does not alter the ingrained thinking (habit), again let me state, you can support the change, but alter it no.
Let’s put it this way, you can learn to do yoga off DVDs, but you will not be able to have the correct posture without a teacher observing how you are doing it! It’s just not possible to be both outside and inside of our actions at the same time.
Much can be done with Hypnosis, and not to take advantage of this mode of help is just as silly as, not using a hammer to pound a nail! It’s a tool that we can use! Yes at times it seems as a way oversold tool, the premise that a lot work on, is that the human body is a self healing tool, without taking in consideration that it also has a movement of its own, nature will always rule us, in one way or another, but that does not mean we should not try!
We as humans are so unaware of the world around us, and how those who wish to control us everyday , move us to their goals, be it in advertizing or politics, even the beliefs systems we are to follow; use this way to be sure we are programmed by the use of hidden (or not so hidden) Hypnotic suggestions.
Why not use the tools for our betterment? Be aware, take control back, be who you were meant to be, not something they want you to be. Allow yourself to be free once and for all.

Basics of the Hypnotic Process

For each of the above sections there are many, many subsections, but in its most simplistic form all the hypnosis programs follow these main sections. We will look at each so that the understanding is clear and you will be able to recognize them when you see them.
Let’s put this in a way that we all can understand:
1. The Induction
This is the freeway; remember that Hypnosis is the car; you have to have a road for the car to follow! So the Induction becomes the way for the car to run, in fact you are Talking someone to a dream state, of course it is with their consent. But they are looking for you to take them there. This must be done with great care, because without taking the correct freeway you will never end up where you want to go.
2. The Deeping
This is the mall; the location to which you must be for the next step to be effective. You have to make this location real! So real that the still active Critical mind, because it never really leaves, yes you are bypassing it but not getting rid of it and anything that it feels is not correct will end the process right there, that’s why no one is under the power of a hypnotist, the wording must be put in a way that can be accepted that this is not just a pretend place, but a very real place.
3. The Suggestion
This is the store; this is where the meat of the matter is done, due to the process of the Induction and the Deeping the client will be in the Alpha/Theta (or deeper state) of brain wave, this is where the input is given. These suggestions should have already been gone over with the client in the interview portion, so the client already has an idea as to what is being inputted, per his/her consent.
4. The Awaking
Welcome to the check out stand: this is the area that the final post-hypnotic suggestions are done, the awaking must be done slow and with care. Remembering to remove any feeling of heaviness or feeling of “being overly relaxed in the normal state”, the main point here is to return them to a normal state of the dominate beta brain wave. You want to leave them feeling refreshed and alert!
I will go into each of these sections in more depth , but for now this will give you a basic line of thinking, and you will see all the books you read really do follow this.

A- Hypnotic Therapeutics is the use of suggestion to fix in the mind thoughts of health or and healthy mental habits, using Hypnotic induction to reach the subconscious. A Scientifically proven state, in which the brain waves relax to the Alpha/Theta wave pattern.

A- It is based on the scientific relationship between the brain/mind and the body’s function, how we think has a direct effect on how we feel, and what we do. How we feel has a direct effect on how we see our life, and the view of others on our life.

So the destination is the subconscious mind, which is what? There is a part of our thinking which appears totally Automatic, things we do with out the benefit of thought, but in truth this part of our thinking has been set for us by many outside sources. Yes, it does benefit us in many ways, Such as breathing, keeping our heart beat steady and strong ,keeping our human body working as a well oiled machine, but it also is what allows us to drive a stick shift car, or walking in a dark room in our house, it’s the part that guides without reasoning all the things we have learned to do as part of our everyday life and it’s this part of the brain waves that the Hypnotist inputs by repetitive statements and though suggestive wording positive changes that will affect your everyday life in many beneficial ways.
The subconscious mind is the storage locker for our emotions and reactions to the world we live in, we need to have the function of an Autopilot, the conscious mind can only hold so much, and that which is deemed as routine is moved to the subconscious mind. The movements needed to perform your daily skills, old memories that have occurred good or bad are imprinted here. This is the mind of the imagination, of dreams, of insights. At the same time this is the mind of defense, it enacts the emotions as reactions to the surroundings we find ourselves in. This state of subconscious does not think by logic, only by reactions, it has no judgment as to the reactions, it does not separated between good and bad it only reacts! And most of these reactions have been taught to us by the world we live in, of what we have been told over and over as correct.
Take for example the subject of tattoos, at one time we were told over and over that anyone with tattoos was someone to be avoided at all cost, they were the underbelly of the world, and our reactions followed suit. Now this reaction has changed because the Input has changed. It’s this emotional teaching that has resulted in the hate in the races, and if you look around you can see how this Inputting is done everyday to our unknowing mind.
It also should be noted here that the subconouis mind has also the imprint of chemical needs, and many things we see as Habits are the calling for these chemicals that we have been imprinted as needing. On the other side of things is the Muscle imprint that helps us in the simple task of walking or the more complex task of Yoga.
In many ways the art of Hypnosis does fall within the realm of the persons imagination, yet as we have noted here, science has proven the fact that the brain has the ability to changed its elecical state, the process of Hypnosis is to assist you in reaching and staying in the Alpha/Theta (or deeper) state of mind, which suggestions that are given are accepted as solid fact of the biological human being, and as such the suggestions do affect the Automatic thinking and can change ones entire life.

Yes, it does benefit us in many ways, Such as breathing, keeping our heart beat steady and strong ,keeping our human body working as a well oiled machine, but it also is what allows us to drive a stick shift car, or walking in a dark room in our house, it’s the part that guides without reasoning all the things we have learned to do as part of our everyday life and it’s this part of the brain waves that the Hypnotist inputs by repetitive statements and though suggestive wording positive changes that will affect your everyday life in many beneficial ways.
The subconscious mind is the storage locker for our emotions and reactions to the world we live in, we need to have the function of an Autopilot, the conscious mind can only hold so much, and that which is deemed as routine is moved to the subconscious mind. The movements needed to perform your daily skills, old memories that have occurred good or bad are imprinted here. This is the mind of the imagination, of dreams, of insights. At the same time this is the mind of defense, it enacts the emotions as reactions to the surroundings we find ourselves in. This state of subconscious does not think by logic, only by reactions, it has no judgment as to the reactions, it does not separated between good and bad it only reacts! And most of these reactions have been taught to us by the world we live in, of what we have been told over and over as correct.
Take for example the subject of tattoos, at one time we were told over and over that anyone with tattoos was someone to be avoided at all cost, they were the underbelly of the world, and our reactions followed suit. Now this reaction has changed because the Input has changed. It’s this emotional teaching that has resulted in the hate in the races, and if you look around you can see how this Inputting is done everyday to our unknowing mind.
It also should be noted here that the subconouis mind has also the imprint of chemical needs, and many things we see as Habits are the calling for these chemicals that we have been imprinted as needing. On the other side of things is the Muscle imprint that helps us in the simple task of walking or the more complex task of Yoga.
In many ways the art of Hypnosis does fall within the realm of the persons imagination, yet as we have noted here, science has proven the fact that the brain has the ability to changed its elecical state, the process of Hypnosis is to assist you in reaching and staying in the Alpha/Theta (or deeper) state of mind, which suggestions that are given are accepted as solid fact of the biological human being, and as such the suggestions do affect the Automatic thinking and can change ones entire life.

Beginning the Journey

Now just to touch the science of this a bit: like I stated before, it has been established that there are at least 4 levels of brain waves. They were found by the use of the electroencephalography or EEG, which measure the electric potential of the brain. These waves are measure as repetitive waves this is called the Frequency of the wave the measurement is called Hertz (Hz).
1. Beta 14-40 Hz
This is the frequency of being Wide Awake! And is reflected in the sympathetic Nervous system. The Logic thinking /Critical faculty. This is the wave that reflects the highest reading of blood pressure.
2. Alpha 8-13 Hz
This is the frequency of being relaxed and calm, the beginning stage of the Parasympathetic Nervous system, starting to bypass the Critical faculty of thinking. This is the door way into the subconscious. The blood pressure falls with in the ideal level.
3. Theta 4-7 Hz
This is the frequency of being in deep relaxation the point of great insights. Blood pressure falls into the low end of the scale, the Parasympathetic Nervous is in the dominate position
4. Delta .5-3.5 Hz
This is the frequency of being in a very deep sleep. The point where the body rebuilds itself. Blood pressure is low, breathing slowly.
The general rule is the lower your brainwave the more your awareness is turned toward your subjective experience, toward your inner world and the more effectively are you able to use the power of your mind to create changes in your body. With each lower state you become more fully aligned with the source of your subconscious. And this is where Hypnosis the car, takes you.
Your brain is working with these frequencies of waves, day and night; the key is which is dominating at any one time. Sometimes it’s hard to tell, such as your mind is using largely the Alpha wave when you’re driving your car, but yet if you’re talking on your phone (hands free of course) then the Beta waves are also active.
We have all heard of the phrase “ being in the Zone” , when a runner is running he/she is not thinking of running, if he/she was thinking about taking every step in the run the run would not go very well, but when he/she enters the Alpha level the run becomes automatic. Yet the Beta level is also active to keep you from turning the wrong way!

Beginning the Journey

To start out with, the word Hypnosis is very much the same as a car; it takes you to a destination. Hypnosis is not the destination itself, only the means to get there, and like cars, there are many models to choice from. The Destination is the subconscious mind, so as in many journeys you must start out with the explanation as to the vehicle in which you are going to take.
So just what is this vehicle called Hypnosis? Really when you break it down to the basic thought, the word only describes ways to reach a specific state of mind. Many who have a basic knowledge of Hypnosis tend think it started with Dr Mesmer, the process is far older than that, reaching back to the Greek Physicians, and you may think of it this way that Dr Mesmer came up with the Model A of cars. At the time that He became involved, the art of Hypnosis was taking place on the streets as a form of entertainment you can think of this of the time of the horse and buggy, due to Dr Mesmer’s reputation and his background as a well known scholar matched together with his charisma is what worked to bring the process to the light of many wealthy People.
Now just like the Car, Hypnosis has gone though many, many changes and ending up with many different ways to drive to the destination. But it’s still the Car none the less. So now we need to understand just how does this Car work and why. Hypnosis is the means to reach a specific state of mind, or put another way a specific Brain wave. Scientist has established there are at least 4 levels of brain waves, Beta/Alpha/Theta and Delta. We will return to these later, but for now let’s get back to the Car.
The process of Hypnosis is a method of connecting with the Nervous System, there are two main types of the Autonomic nerves: Sympathetic and Parasympathetic, the Sympathetic is the part one needs to deal with dangerous situations or you can state it’s a stage of high alert, and operates when we are under a lot of stress, the Parasympathetic system works when we are calm and in a healing situation, this is the state of relaxation. These two systems are directly related to the systolic and diastolic reading of blood pressure levels. And these are directly related to the level of Brain wave which is dominate at any one time.
A trained Hypnotist can assist you, with your consent, in accessing the Parasympathetic Nervous system. At no time are you under the control of anyone but you, you can stop the process at any time you wish. The Hypnotist can help you in many ways, but in all of these different models one thing is common, that is the ability to help in focusing on one thought at a time, by giving yourself permission to follow the suggestions that are being given to you, your blood pressure will lower, your breathing slower and your inward focus will increase, the muscle system will release and relax. These are all the elements of the Parasympathetic system.

This question is why did I change the name to Beginning the Journey? Well as I was thinking about this it came to me. Everyday is a new beginning , and every step we take no matter what it is, yoga , meditation , hypnosis, Zen just what ever, its all just the step to the beginning to the grand journey.
Sometimes these changes to the journey are filled with heart ack, death, separation, loss of money house car or some over the top tragic situation, something we could not foresee or change, it just happens. So now what? We keep trying. That is the fact of it, no matter what we persist in the push to the journey.
You see the journey is the car, just like Hypnosis is the car, it takes us someplace, now where is that place? It is what I call the “next” nothing known or that can be known, just “next”, as in the movie Peaceful Warrior, the point is made that the journey is the point, not where you end up at! Are you so busy looking at the back of your hand you can not see that life its self is at your finger tips? It’s so easy to over look the enjoyment of life when the drama seems so heavy, and that’s why I changed the name of this blog. To give all of us, just a moment to SEE LIFE, to ENJOY LIFE.
Now hopefully (and it is my dream) that some of the information here helps in some way people who want to enjoy life. I once wrote: There are those who only wish to LIVE LIFE, There are those who wish to UNDERSTAND LIFE, There are those who wish to UNDERSTAND HOW TO LIVE LIFE.
